All R&A Clay Jewelry pieces are slow-made by hand in Germany. We take great care in crafting each item and encourage you to review all product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. To start a return, contact us at rastreetwear2025@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rastreetwear2025@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
